Only 1 of my 2 monitors has 2560 x 1440 as a resolution option. The 2nd will only go to1024 x 768. They are the exact same model monitor. Running an Intel Iris Xe graphic s card with 128MB onboard and 32 GB RAM, 13th Gen Intel i7-1360P. Monitors are brand new LG Ultra Gear 27" IPS QHD 200HZ.

All drivers have been updated.

It sounds like you're experiencing a common issue with dual monitor setups where one monitor is not displaying the desired resolution. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

    1. Check Connections: Ensure that both monitors are connected properly to the graphics card. Sometimes, using different ports (like HDMI vs. DisplayPort) can affect the available resolutions.
    2. Display Settings: Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings." Check if both monitors are detected. If one monitor is not showing the correct resolution, try selecting it and adjusting the resolution settings manually.
    3. Graphics Driver: Even though you mentioned that all drivers are updated, it might be worth reinstalling the graphics driver. Sometimes, a clean installation can resolve issues that updates do not.
    4. Monitor Settings: Check the settings on the monitor itself. Some monitors have settings that can limit the resolution based on the input source or mode.
    5. Windows Update: Ensure that your Windows operating system is fully updated, as updates can sometimes include fixes for display issues.
    6. Graphics Card Limitations: Verify that your Intel Iris Xe graphics card supports the desired resolutions for both monitors simultaneously. You can check the specifications on Intel's website.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be helpful to consult the user manual for your monitors or reach out to LG support for assistance specific to your model.

    Hi,

You might be at the resolution limit of your processor's refresh rate (Hz). Trying to maintain two 2K resolutions on each monitor is reaching its limit due to the graphics driver and refresh rate.

If possible, are you using both HDMI inputs?

    Thanks
