To recover a deleted contact in Outlook, you typically need to check the Deleted Items folder. However, if you cannot find a Deleted Items folder, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check the Recoverable Items Folder: If you have permanently deleted the contact (for example, by emptying the Deleted Items folder), it may still be recoverable from the Recoverable Items folder. You can access this by going to the Folder tab in Outlook and selecting Recover Deleted Items.
    2. Use the Outlook Web App: If you are using Outlook on the web, you can also check for deleted items by selecting the Deleted Items folder from the left pane and then looking for the option to recover deleted items.
    3. Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to recover deleted items, as this may affect your ability to access the recovery options.

If these steps do not help, you may need to consider restoring from a backup if you have one available.
