    Dear @Christine Scott

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific tenant directly because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.

Getting redirected to GoDaddy while trying to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center is a typical hurdle. This happens because GoDaddy federates your domain, essentially acting as the gatekeeper for your login.

To install third-party applications like Bullhorn, you usually need Global Admin privileges, which are managed by GoDaddy's control panel. This is the reason why you keep getting redirected to the GoDaddy login screen.

So, in this case, you need to contact GoDaddy so they can perform this for you.

Purchasing a Microsoft 365 plan through GoDaddy is like renting an apartment through a middleman agency instead of renting directly from the landlord. Here are the main reasons why you must contact GoDaddy.

If you feel this is too restrictive, many businesses choose to 'Defederate' to move their account from GoDaddy's management directly to Microsoft. However, this process is a bit complicated.

Inform them that you wish to "transfer management" or "defederate" your Microsoft 365 tenant from their platform. They will provide you with their specific instructions and the necessary steps from their end.

Once GoDaddy completes their defederation process, you'll need to migrate your existing data (emails, SharePoint documents, OneDrive files) to your new tenant directly managed by you. With the migration complete and you having full administrative control, you'll then be able to manage your tenant by accessing Admin Center portal.

Finally, I want to express my sincere understanding for the inconvenience this situation is causing you. This is a common challenge when managing Microsoft 365 through a third-party provider, and it does require patience. I truly appreciate the time and effort you've put in to address this important matter.

If I've misunderstood your situation, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide more details, so I have the opportunity to offer further support.

    Looking forward to your response!
