Sign-in failed error with 100% repeatability

I am trying to log in to portal.azure.com, with and I get this error 100% of the time. Its been going on for several days now.

      • azure.com
    2. Try accessing the portal using a different browser.
    3. Disable VPN (if enabled) and attempt to sign in again.
    4. Try connecting from a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot) to rule out any firewall or proxy restrictions.
    5. Also try accessing the portal from the following URLs:

    If the issue works when using a different network, it is likely that a firewall, proxy, SSL inspection, or network security appliance is blocking Microsoft authentication endpoints.
