Personal account showing ties to an organization and guest that I cannot leave

My personal Microsoft account shows one or more organizations in my profile that appear only as Tenant IDs with no organization name. I am listed as a Member and/or Guest but have no permissions and cannot leave the organizations. Azure shows errors that my consumer account cannot access directory settings, and cannot close my Microsoft account due to these tenants. And finally can I request to them that you need Microsoft to remove your account from these system‑generated Entra/Azure directories.

If your personal Microsoft account is showing ties to organizations as Tenant IDs and you are unable to leave those organizations, you may need to contact the organization's admin or privacy contact to request removal from their directory. Since you are listed as a Member or Guest without permissions, you typically cannot leave the organization on your own. The error messages you are encountering indicate that your consumer account does not have the necessary access to manage directory settings in Azure.

To resolve this, you can try the following steps:

    1. Contact the Admin: Reach out to the admin of the organization associated with your account and ask them to remove you from their directory.
    2. Microsoft Support: If you are unable to contact the admin or if the issue persists, you may need to escalate your request to Microsoft Support for assistance in removing your account from these system-generated directories.
    3. Check Permissions: Ensure that you are using the correct account to access the necessary settings and that you are logged in properly.

Unfortunately, if the organization does not allow users to leave themselves and you cannot contact the admin, your options may be limited until Microsoft Support can assist you further.
