I purchased Microsoft 365 - personal to install on my new laptop, while my new laptop was configuring, on my work computer, that already has these products, I began looking into how to install Microsoft 365, but in doing so, I seem to have activated the product key and now I cannot install it on my new laptop.

This account I am using at the moment is my work account.

    Hello

If this is a subscription, you should be able to install it on the personal computer as well. There's no limit on how many devices you can install on, as long as you don't sign into 5 devices at the same time.

On your personal computer, Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.
