I'm not getting emails with verification codes that were successfully sent 4 times on the 13/02/26 and once on the 16/02/26. It appears that they are blocked for some reason. I need to get these to set up my account with them. Can you unblock them please.

Regards

Sue

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

I think the best way is to use the Help feature in Outlook online to contact Microsoft directly. It provides the option to chat with a support person, Here's an image of how to find this feature:

It seems that your incoming emails with verification codes may be blocked due to various reasons, such as being marked as spam or being filtered by your email provider. Unfortunately, I cannot unblock them directly. However, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, verification emails can end up in the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there.
    2. Whitelist the Sender: If you know the sender's email address, add it to your contacts or whitelist it in your email settings to ensure that future emails are not blocked.
    3. Check Email Filters: Review any filters you may have set up in your email account that could be blocking these emails.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to your email service provider's support team for assistance with unblocking the sender.

If you continue to experience issues, it may be necessary to wait and try again later or use an alternative method for account setup if available.
