To describe this issue is that when my game pass ultimate expired I renewed my subscription to a different game pass called core so I can be able to continue playing multiplayer. All of a sudden I login the next following day and saying that I need to buy call of duty Black ops seven again the vault edition no regular edition to not be to only be able to play the whole game even though I paid the hundred bucks for the day one release I’ve been trying to find ways to fix this issue since I own the game and yet I’m being asked to buy black ops seven again for $100 just to play it and I can only have access to Warzone, but I can’t have access to multiplayer endgame or zombies. I don’t know what’s going on, but I need some help badly.

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your Game Pass Core subscription and access to Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. When you switched from Game Pass Ultimate to Game Pass Core, it's possible that the subscription change affected your access to certain games and their features, especially if those games were previously included under the Ultimate tier.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Your Subscription: Ensure that your Game Pass Core subscription is active and that it includes the games you want to play. Sometimes, specific editions or features may only be available under certain tiers.
    2. Re-login: Try logging out of your Xbox account and logging back in. This can sometimes refresh your access rights.
    3. Game Ownership: Verify that your purchase of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is still recognized in your account. You can check this in your library or purchase history.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Xbox Support for further assistance. They can provide specific help regarding your account and subscription issues.

Since you mentioned that you can access Warzone but not the full game, this may indicate that the multiplayer and other features are tied to your previous Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

If you need more detailed help, contacting support would be the best course of action.
