Hi I'm not sure if this is the best place to write this. My account got banned (indefinitely) 5 months ago back in September. This account still had nearly 6 months of game pass ultimate left on it, which is now €26 per month or €130 total. Nevermind all the money I had spent on games and progress from these games.

I got 0 warnings about it, or 0 strikes. The most frustrating part is I didn't do anything wrong, I hadn't been playing my Xbox for a while before the ban occurred.

I have been onto support and they haven't been able to help, the most I got was my case being upgraded and the later closed with no answer in sight. I have been on the phone with support and again nothing.

My appeal got denied, and in the enforcement site, there is no information. Under the details section it says, "No details are available at this time". This is 5 months later and it still has no details.

I have sent emails to the emails I received about the result my appeal (under recommendation of Xbox suport), again nothing.

It seems everything I try just gets me nothing. I was wondering if anyone has a solution to this or is experiencing a similar problem?

I think once an xbox acct gets a perm flag, the enforcement backend kinda welds it shut… support can’t unhook it, even when the details page shows nothin’. only thing worth checkin’ is the appeal went thru on the exact acct and there’s no 2nd lane after that, wish it worked diff for u.Would be kind if u could mark the answer so others can find it too.

That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially with so much time and money tied up in your account. Unfortunately, when the enforcement team closes a case without providing details, it’s often because they’ve made a final decision and there isn’t much recourse through normal support channels.

If you had a Microsoft Store or Xbox purchase receipt, keep that handy—you might reference it when talking to support to emphasize the value lost.

Other than that, if your appeal is already denied and there’s no detail, Microsoft generally won’t reverse a ban. It’s awful, I know, but you might also consider setting up a new account and linking a different payment method so you don’t lose access to new purchases while keeping the old history for reference.

It’s a tough situation, but persistence and escalating via social media sometimes gets a response when normal support channels stall.
