Xbox permanent suspension

Hi I'm not sure if this is the best place to write this. My account got banned (indefinitely) 5 months ago back in September. This account still had nearly 6 months of game pass ultimate left on it, which is now €26 per month or €130 total. Nevermind all the money I had spent on games and progress from these games.

I got 0 warnings about it, or 0 strikes. The most frustrating part is I didn't do anything wrong, I hadn't been playing my Xbox for a while before the ban occurred.

I have been onto support and they haven't been able to help, the most I got was my case being upgraded and the later closed with no answer in sight. I have been on the phone with support and again nothing.

My appeal got denied, and in the enforcement site, there is no information. Under the details section it says, "No details are available at this time". This is 5 months later and it still has no details.

I have sent emails to the emails I received about the result my appeal (under recommendation of Xbox suport), again nothing.

It seems everything I try just gets me nothing. I was wondering if anyone has a solution to this or is experiencing a similar problem?
