Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
May I please confirm whether you are experiencing the same issue with all of your Bluetooth audio devices?
To pair your AirPods, press and hold the power button on the AirPods case for about 10-15 secs until the light turns red and then white.
- For AirPods Pro 3 and AirPods 4 (both models), double-tap the front of the case until the status light flashes white.
The white light indicates that your AirPods are in pairing mode.
If you are still not seeing the AirPods on your Windows tablet even after putting the headphones in pairing mode,
First, try running the Bluetooth Troubleshooter in System Settings.
Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Bluetooth > Run.
- Once complete, restart your PC and pair your AirPods 4.
If you are still having trouble,
- Open the Device Manager.
- Expand the arrow next to Bluetooth.
- Right-click your default Bluetooth driver (Realtek or Intel), select Uninstall device, then select the 'attempt to remove the driver software for this device' check box, and then click Uninstall.
- Once uninstalled, restart your computer.
- Go to Bluetooth settings > Add a device > Connect your AirPods. (Ensure it is in pairing mode)
- Once connected, set it as the default audio output device and see if it is working.
