I recorded using the transcription feature on Microsoft Docs, I forgot to end the recording and now I have comeback to download the transcription and this pop up occurs which states There was a problem with your previous upload; would you like to recover the audio? If you discard, your recording will be lost. I then click save and transcribe now and then the following pop up occurs;
This file is too large to be transcribed. Try again with a file that's less than 1000 MB.

Usually the audio saves automatically to my one drive, but it has not in this case, I only need the first hour of the recording- is there any way to extract/save the audio?

I also have a co-pilot license which says I should be able to have 30,000 min a month which I have not exceeded.

    Dear @Anon

    Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

    As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific account directly. Because this is a user-to-user support forum so I have the same experience as you and other users in this forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.

    In this case, because you clicked 'Save and transcribe' and received the error 'This file is too large to be transcribed. Try again with a file that's less than 1000 MB', the file has not been saved successfully. This is why it hasn't appeared on your OneDrive yet.

    To help me assist you better, could you please help me answer a few questions below:

    Could you let me know if you are using Word for the web or the Word desktop app?

    When you click 'Save and transcribe,' could you please take a screenshot of that screen for me? Since I don't have a file of a similarly large size, I'm unable to reproduce the issue on my end, so your screenshot would be very helpful.

    Additionally, if you use word web in this case, could you please press F12, go to the Network tab, and then click 'Save and transcribe' again? Please take a screenshot of what appears in that tab as well.

    I look forward to your support and response!
