Please sign into https://portal.azure.com
Then click on Manage Entra ID
Then click on Manage tenants.
Do you see the organization listed? If so, check th box and click on "Leave".
If it dosn't let you, please tell me what error it says.

I had a random "Mekelle University" show up in my MS Teams and i cannot delete it. I have no affiilictaion with this University nor granted it. When i go to Team on "Accoutns and Orgs" i can see it there but there is nothing i can do to get rid of it. The toggel buttons are greyed out. It has not been set up b/c if i hover over it....it says "Set up Mekelle University". How do i get this gone from my Teams Profile?

2026-02-17T21:47:33.51+00:00 I have two Teams accounts. One is personal Teams and the other is Business Teams. I have two other accounts/orgs that show on my teams (neither of which i own). I have logged into azure with both of the accounts that are mine. On both accounts i can only see one of the accounts/orgs that i want to leave of the two. When i click on the account/org to leave it opens a new window and logs me into myaccount.microsoft.com
The other account i want to get rid of is not shown in either the Azure profile or the myaccounts website. This accout seems to be someone asked me to be a member of and i cant get rid of it. I never joined. In Teams it actaully shows up and when i hover over it is say to "click to setup"....so, it doesnt appear i am part of that account....but i cant get rid of it off my Teams.

2026-02-17T22:42:01.3866667+00:00 This is what it looka like signed into my personal Teams in ingognito. When i click on settings --> Accounts and orgs it is grey'd out (Neff Accounting) and and i cant select it. When i switch to my business Teams and do settings --> Accounts and org it has a "leave" option. When i click on that it opens a new window for myaccounts.microsoft.com.....and Neff Accounting is nowhere to be seen in the options.

I think you do have to click on it first, to finish the log in, because you are currently not logging into the tenants (red alert), hence it will not let you leave when you go to settings in Teams. So for example, click on Neff Accounting to switch to that tenant, and it should prompt for login. See if you can manage to log in, then go to Settings to leave tenant.

2026-02-17T22:47:28.8266667+00:00 Oddly enough....when i log into the Desktop app. Neff Accounting is now Gone....but the other org is there....without its name. I am not clicking on it b/c i do not want to join it.....it is spam that i dont know how came to me and i have no affilitation with a random univeristy in (literally) Ethiopia.

2026-02-17T23:00:47.1866667+00:00 I think what you did in Azure Portal must have removed the first tenant, which sometimes can take up to 24 hours to reflect the change.
As for Rauch Enterprises, if it is just a pending invitation that you haven't redeemed yet, as far as I know, there's currently no way for you to leave or get rid of that listing. I will suggest that you go to your Teams Settings and use the feedback feature to submit it as an issue, and check the box to include log file.
