Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

Is there a specific error message or code when you try to play a game, or is it just loading? While waiting, can you please check the System logs on the PC so I can further examine the root cause of the issue?

To share the System logs, please follow the steps in the link below:

Press the Windows key + X, then select "Event Viewer"

Click the drop-down of "Windows logs"

Right-click System > click Filter Current logs > Check: Critical, Warning, and Error > Hit OK

On the right pane, click "Save Filtered Log File As..."

Save the System logs file to your desktop and share it by following the steps from the link:

Note: You can also use your preferred cloud storage to upload and share the logs.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with your gaming PC after an unexpected power interruption. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

    1. Check Event Viewer: Since you mentioned that you had to change something in Event Viewer before, you can look for any critical errors or warnings that occurred around the time you unplugged your PC. This might give you clues about what went wrong.
    2. Update Drivers: Ensure that all your drivers, particularly for your graphics card, are up to date. Sometimes, a driver issue can prevent games from loading properly.
    3. Run Windows Troubleshooters: Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters and run the relevant troubleshooters for gaming and performance issues.
    4. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows is fully updated. Sometimes, pending updates can cause performance issues.
    5. Verify Game Files: If you're using platforms like Steam or Epic Games, verify the integrity of the game files. This can fix any corrupted files that might be causing issues.
    6. Reinstall Games: If specific games are not loading, consider reinstalling them as a last resort.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might want to look into hardware diagnostics to ensure that everything is functioning correctly after the power interruption.
