Hi @VinodSurvase-1595

What is your meaning of Teams migration? Do you mean the users and its resource moving from on-premise to online?

What is the meaning of the data? Teams files or chat history?

At present, Microsoft Teams is not provided such migrated teams report to identify if the data is moved. So if you can see teams in target, it seems you could try to check it in each data storage. For example, if you want to know files has been moved, you could go to SharePoint Online to see it. For more details about Teams migration data location, you could refer to this article.

Hi @JimmyYang-MSFT , Yes I means teams chat history of 1:1 and channels chats along with files and other data in SharePoint and OneDrive for business. As we are migrating from 1 tenant to another in that case we want to know it.

Hi @VinodSurvase-1595

Chats in Teams conversations are stored in the mailbox of the Office 365 Group. Personal chats including group chats are stored in the mailboxes of the users. However, these are not accessible immediately and are in hidden folders. Maybe you could get to the chats via eDiscovery.
