    Hey @Caleb Maelo

Unfortunately, there are specific rules regarding conduct during the exam, including leaving your sit early, which can lead to disqualification. If Pearson VUE informed you of a violation, it is crucial to review any communications regarding exam policies and procedures (see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/exam-duration-exam-experience).

To get further clarification, I recommend reaching out directly to Pearson VUE with your case number. They should provide a more detailed explanation of what led to the disqualification and whether your previous request for a break and any connectivity issues were adequately taken into consideration.

Additionally, please note that Microsoft Q&A (en-us) does not provide support for Microsoft Certification-related topics. It sounds like you experienced a challenging situation during your Azure 104 Certification exam. According to the Microsoft Certification Exam Candidate Agreement, there are specific behaviors that can lead to disqualification, including leaving your seat without permission or not adhering to the exam rules. Since you mentioned that you requested a bathroom break and were granted permission, this should typically not be a violation. However, if the proctor believed that you left your seat without proper authorization or if there were concerns about your internet connection affecting the integrity of the exam, it could have led to the disqualification.

You have the right to appeal this decision, especially since you have already raised a case with Pearson VUE. Make sure to provide all relevant details about your situation, including the internet interruption and your request for a break, in your appeal. The Microsoft Worldwide Learning Security Team will review your case and communicate their findings.
