Hi @LouisePrychidczukClearwaterPropert,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, and thank you for reaching out.
Based on your description, may I check whether you are an admin, or if you are able to reach out to your Microsoft 365 admin for assistance? Also, is the same issue also occurring on Outlook Web?
If you are unable to receive emails, please first verify with your admin that your Exchange Online license is still active and has not expired.
You or your admin can also use Message Trace on Exchange Admin Center to check the delivery status of the emails and identify why they may have failed to reach your mailbox. If there is any error code shown, feel free to share it with me via private message sent to you.
Please check Outlook and verify its connection status.
If it shows Offline, you won’t be able to receive emails. In that case, go to Send/Receive and select Work Online to reconnect to the Exchange service.
Additionally, please review your Inbox rules to ensure there are no rules that are moving emails to another folder or automatically forwarding them elsewhere.
Looking forward to your response.
