Hey there! Nice to meet you!

If you have cancelled your subscription already, you may confirm if your refund has been granted by signing in to account.microsoft.com > Order History > Select the date range when you received the Microsoft 365 subscription charge > confirm if the transaction details show as "Pending Refund," or "Refunded."

Note: If the subscription is still active, you can check if it is eligible for a refund through this link: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

If you see the transaction status "Pending Refund," or "Refunded.", this means that your refund has been accepted.

Usually, it will take 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends) to have the refunded amount reflect on your payment method, depending on your bank. However, since it's been more than two weeks, please contact your bank for an update on your refund.

If your bank refers you to Microsoft, you may contact Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

It seems that you have experienced an issue with your refund for the Microsoft 365 subscription. Since you stopped your automatic renewal on February 2nd and were charged on February 3rd, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

To resolve this issue, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. You can reach them by signing into your Microsoft account and using the support options available at the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/.
