I Can't reach my onedrive on my email

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am requesting assistance to recover access to my personal Microsoft account. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password, and the account is linked to my business email address.

This account is important because it is used for business-related services and contains company files stored on OneDrive/Cloud. At the moment, I am unable to sign in due to the lost password and the inability to complete verification through the previous recovery method.

I kindly request your support to help me regain access to this account and restore access to the stored business files. I am ready to provide any required verification details to confirm ownership and identity.

    Hi Ammar Al-Nabulsi,

    Good day. I'm Jhun an independent advisor. Sorry to hear about your Microsoft account password problem. As of now, what you can do is file an official Account Recovery form .

    1. Go to https://account.live.com/acsr. This is the only manual recovery form Microsoft uses.
    2. Fill it out from a device and location you previously used
    3. Use the same browser Input your: Previous passwords you remember... Old email subject lines if you remember... Contacts you emailed frequently... Billing info (if you paid for Microsoft 365).. The more detailed, the better.

    If the account is a business type of account or under a company domain, you may need to contact your IT admin so they can reset your password instantly from the admin center.
