    Hi begoña estevez araujo,

Good day. I'm Jhun an independent advisor. In regards with your accidental blocking a mail domain, follow these steps below.

    A. To unblock a sender.

    1. Go to Outlook.com
    2. Click (gear icon) Settings (top right).
    3. Click Mail > Junk email.
    4. Look under Blocked senders and domains.
    5. If you see mail.instagram.com > click the trash icon to remove it.

    B. As an additional procedure, add the domain to safe senders.

    1. In the same Junk email page, under Safe senders and domains.
    2. Click Add.
    3. Enter: mail.instagram.com
    4. Click Save.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Jhun

To unblock a sender in Microsoft 365, you can use the Remove-BlockedSenderAddress cmdlet if you have access to Exchange PowerShell. However, if you are not able to access PowerShell or if the sender is on the blocked senders list due to spam filtering, you may need to follow these steps:

    1. Check the Blocked Senders List: If you have access to the settings of your email account, look for the option to manage blocked senders. This is usually found in the settings under Mail > Junk email.
    2. Use the Delist Portal: If you are unable to unblock the sender through your email settings, you can visit the Office 365 Anti-Spam IP Delist Portal at https://sender.office.com to request removal of the block. You will need the email address and the IP address that was specified in the error message you received.
    3. Contact Support: If you still cannot resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance with unblocking the sender.

Please note that if the sender's IP address is blocked due to spam or other issues, it may take some time for the block to be lifted after your request is submitted.
