    Hey there, Veer Chouhan

When signing into your Microsoft account and being shown a code you need to verify, please can you open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone and force refresh. To force a refresh, please press onto the screen and swipe down. You will get a loader appear and it should provide a window where you can enter the code needed to verify your sign-in request.

Sometimes what happens is the app can't connect to the server, or the internet connection is slow so the notification is slow at arriving. By forcing the app to refresh and get a notification, it sometimes speeds this process up and allows it to find the notification being sent from the Microsoft servers to your phone.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan

If you are unable to receive the authentication code from the Microsoft Authenticator app, there are a few steps you can take to regain access to your account:

    1. Check Alternative Sign-in Methods: If you have set up alternative sign-in methods (like SMS or email), try using those to log in instead of the Authenticator app.
    2. Contact Support: Since you mentioned that you are facing difficulties logging into your subscription, consider reaching out to Microsoft support. If you are the sole administrator of your account, you may need to contact the Microsoft Data Protection team for assistance in resetting your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings.
    3. Create a Temporary Account: If you cannot reach support, you might create a trial Microsoft 365 tenant. This temporary account can allow you to log in and submit a support ticket regarding your locked account.
    4. Follow the IVR Instructions: When contacting support, follow the automated instructions carefully. Indicate that you are a business email user, and specify that you need technical support for the Authenticator app.

These steps should help you navigate the issue and regain access to your account.
