lost Microsoft authenticator which is supposed to be used to login into azure portal. with user : mailid#EXT#@mailid.onmicrosoft.com

Question

I'm able to login to the azure portal using the gmail i have used to create the azure free account. I have lost the Microsoft authenticator app that gives u the permission to enable unity catalog or delete the resource groups. I have a visual studio resource group, while deleting it asks for MFA of the #EXT# acc . which i have lost. I tried to "require register multi factor authentication" on the EXT acc by logging in using gmail acc but it is giving an error. " Delete operation failed. Try this command again or delete them one by one in the user authentication methods blade."

If try other signin methods , its asking for authenticator in any way.

Kindly help. This is free trial acc i have created to learn azure databricks and other services
