Need a location of system image in network folder

I need the specific location of a system image in my network folder. Please help Microsoft support is useless I have been having this issue for weeks they caused it Microsoft did

Hi Debbie,

If you are trying to restore an image, I doubt that it would work. Because in the Windows Recovery Environment, there is no guarantee that the Internet is connected.

A typical network share looks like this:

\PC-NAME<SHARED DRIVE>

The prerequisite of this exercise is that the Internet, as I said, should work, and also, in the folder where the image is present, the network sharing should be enabled.
