Child outlook login issue
Hi, my child was in my family group, and I was the organiser. Recently I removed her from the family group and also left the family group myself. Now my child is no more able to log in to her Outlook; it keeps prompting to get the consent from the organiser. and the organiser (myself) has already left the family group. Please help with how my child can log in to her emails. Thanks in advance.

A child account needs to be part of a family group otherwise they will be extremely limited on things they can do. If you're unable to rejoin the family group so you can re-add your child please consider creating a new family group to add them to. Once done you can make changes to their permissions as needed.

- Re-Add Your Child to the Family Group: Since your child is unable to log in due to needing consent from the organizer, you can temporarily re-add yourself to the family group. This will allow you to give the necessary consent for your child to access her Outlook account.
- Provide Consent: Once you are back in the family group, log in to your Microsoft account and provide the consent required for your child's account.
- Remove Yourself Again: After providing consent, you can choose to leave the family group again if you wish.
