Company portal ver 11.2.1753.0 with 0 bytes after required install

Hi, I manage several environments in Intune and for the past week I have had a problem with the company portal, both when I distribute the company portal offline via MSIX (With Dependencies that i download from https://store.rg-adguard.net/) and also via the Microsoft Store, I receive data in the application of 0 bytes and the application does not open (even after formatting the computer - without communication blocks)

Have you encountered this? What can be done?
Some Ideas?
