Regarding your issue, Windows 11 is designed to run on supported PC hardware, while Android tablets (including those sold by T‑Mobile) and iPads use a different operating system and hardware architecture. Because of this difference, Windows 11 cannot be installed directly on Android tablets or iPads as a native operating system.
Android devices use firmware and drivers that are not compatible with Windows, and Apple iPads are locked to iPadOS with no support for installing Windows. As a result, there is no supported or reliable way to install Windows 11 directly on these devices.
