Regarding your issue, Windows 11 is designed to run on supported PC hardware, while Android tablets (including those sold by T‑Mobile) and iPads use a different operating system and hardware architecture. Because of this difference, Windows 11 cannot be installed directly on Android tablets or iPads as a native operating system. 

Android devices use firmware and drivers that are not compatible with Windows, and Apple iPads are locked to iPadOS with no support for installing Windows. As a result, there is no supported or reliable way to install Windows 11 directly on these devices.

Windows 11 cannot be installed on an iPad, including a T-Mobile Android iPad. Windows 11 is designed to run on compatible PC hardware and is not supported on iOS or iPadOS devices. If you want to use Windows applications on an iPad, you might consider using remote desktop solutions or virtualization software that allows you to access a Windows environment from your iPad, but direct installation is not possible.
