I cannot highlight more than 1 line in Word so I can only copy and paste one line at a time.

    Hello,

Please copy the content to a new Word document and then check if copying works correctly in the new Word document.

If you're having trouble highlighting more than one line in Word, there are a few things you can check to resolve the issue:

    1. Enable Drag-and-Drop: Make sure that the drag-and-drop feature is enabled. You can check this by going to the settings and ensuring that "Allow text to be dragged and dropped" is checked.
    2. Smart Paragraph Selection: Sometimes, the "Use smart paragraph selection" feature can interfere with highlighting. You can try unchecking this option in the settings as well.
    3. Alternative Selection Techniques: Instead of dragging to select text, you might find it more effective to use keyboard shortcuts. For example, you can hold down the Shift key while clicking at the beginning and end of the text you want to select.
    4. Check for Software Updates: Ensure that your version of Word is up to date, as updates can fix bugs and improve functionality.

If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, consider checking for any additional settings or restrictions that may be affecting your ability to copy and paste multiple lines.
