wrong financial charges on my credit card

As described in detail to the support engineer before, I would like to understand the booking on my credit card of the last 2 months. It might be linked to a former Basic Business Licence which, however was already cancelled.
I am seeking transparency on these charges and the possibility to cancel them before any forthcoming renewals.
Many thanks!

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

I need a person to look at my account and probably cancel the basic business connect that seems to still be there, despite the previous cancellation

To understand the charges on your credit card related to your previous Basic Business License, you can follow these steps:

    1. Review Your Invoices: Check your email for any invoices related to your Microsoft 365 subscription. This will help you identify the specific charges and their origins.
    2. Contact Support: If you need further clarification, you can contact Microsoft 365 Support directly. They can provide detailed information about your billing history and any charges that may have occurred after the cancellation of your license.
    3. Cancel Future Renewals: If you find any charges that you believe are incorrect or if you want to prevent any future renewals, you can follow the cancellation process outlined in the Microsoft documentation. Make sure to cancel any subscriptions that you no longer wish to keep active.

For further assistance, you can refer to the Microsoft support pages for billing inquiries and cancellation processes.
