I am currently having trouble with Microsoft as I am treated as a child when in fact I'm already 58yo. When I buy this laptop, there were too many questions asks and my yahoo and Google mails were rejected and instead I was forced to use outlook. Unfortunately, that outlook account was only used once and that was during registration of my account. Worse, that account was tagged as the parent of myself, a parent that was also me but cannot recover because I only used it once and that was during the product registration 6 Months ago, right after buying this laptop in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Right now, Microsoft believe I don't have enough evidence that I own this laptop. I tell you this, its been 6 months already that I can't use this laptop properly. I cannot use this for my banking needs because I am a child. The support team cannot even help me to fix this nonsence. So far only the AI have a sence. Sorry for that but I am irritated.

Im sorry about that… that’s a tough spot, really . the parent‑id’s still lodged in that stale fam‑policy slice. if you can boot w/ any acct, remove the parent at family.microsoft.com, then do a full hard power‑cut so the tenant rebuilds the slice clean… only ever saw it free up when the backend reset that piece from zero…
