    Dear @Belkacem OULD BOUAMAMA,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, Office Pro 2024 fails to install with error 0‑2035 (0‑2054) using a university license.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

First, restart the computer and try the installation again.

If the error persists, use the official Microsoft Office Uninstall Support Tool to completely remove all existing Office versions or trials, then reinstall Office from your Microsoft account at https://www.office.com/

If you also see installer‑related errors (such as 30094‑1), make sure Windows is fully updated, temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software, and try installing again. If needed, use the offline installer provided by Microsoft instead of the web installer.

For more information, you can refer to this article:

"...Another installation is in progress..." or error code 0-1018, 17003-2031, or 2035-0 when installing Office

I hope information above can help you resolve the issue, if it doesn't, please leave the comment below so I can find the better solution to support you.

The error code "0-2035 (0)" typically indicates that there is an issue with the installation process of Microsoft Office 2024. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

    1. Check for Existing Installations: Ensure that there are no previous installations of Office or conflicting software on your system. Uninstall any existing versions of Office through the Control Panel.
    2. Use the Support and Recovery Assistant: Download and run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SARA) tool. This tool can help identify and fix installation issues.
    3. Disable Antivirus and Firewall: Sometimes, security software can interfere with the installation process. Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall, then try the installation again.
    4. Run as Administrator: Right-click on the setup.exe file and select "Run as administrator" to ensure that you have the necessary permissions to install the software.
    5. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date, as missing updates can sometimes cause installation issues.
    6. Use the Office Deployment Tool: If you have access to the Office Deployment Tool, you can try to download the installation files again and configure them properly to avoid any stalling during installation.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to your university's IT support for further assistance, as they may have specific instructions or tools for installing Office 2024.
