Hi Cláudia S M
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand how confusing it is when only some emails arrive but others don’t.
Please try the following steps:
1. Check if emails are arriving at all
- Sign in to Outlook on the web
- Try to send a test email to yourself from another email account (or ask someone to send one) then check if the emails appear there.
- Double-check all folders (Inbox, Junk Email, Deleted Items, Archive), ensure your inbox filter is set to All (not “Unread” or another filter).
- Check Focused / Other tab (if Focused Inbox is enabled), emails may land in Other. You can also temporarily turn Focused Inbox off to test.
2. Check for any hidden rules/forwarding
Still in Outlook on the web's settings, go to:
- Settings > Mail > Rules/ Sweep: delete any suspicious rules you did not create (especially rules that moves/deletes mail)
- Settings > Mail > Forwarding: make sure nothing is forwarding
3. Check blocked and safe senders list
If a sender is accidentally blocked, their emails will not reach the inbox.
- Still in Outlook on the web, go to Settings > Mail > Junk email
- Under Blocked senders and domains, remove anything that shouldn’t be blocked.
- Under Safe senders and domains, add the trusted sender’s addresses/domains
- Select Save
If the steps above don't work, please feel free to let me know how it goes so I’ll help you further. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
