Hi,

I am trying to sign into Minecraft on PlayStation, but it says my PSN account is already linked to a Microsoft account. I do not have access to the old Microsoft account and cannot unlink it. Even when i switched PSN accounts its still gave me the same message(Both accounts i tried switching to never had Minecraft on them)

My PSN ID is: syrex do majik and for the other 2 they Hassan Hassoun and Sy k

Your PSN is still hard‑latched to an old MS acct in the backend… once that binding lands, even switching PSN IDs won’t shake it off. the only clean fix is having MS support pull the Xbox/Minecraft link record for your PSN name and wipe that binding so you can link fresh again.Would be kind if u could mark the answer so others can find it too.
