1/Could you confirm where the recording was expected to be saved? If you are unsure, please specify whether the meeting was:
a channel meeting, or
a private or scheduled meeting.
2/ Please check whether any recording file appears in the following locations:
OneDrive → Recordings folder
SharePoint site → Documents → Recordings folder (You may simply inform me whether you see any file present.)
3/ Did this occur only once, or have multiple meeting recordings failed?
4/Are recordings from other recent meetings accessible and functioning correctly for you or your colleagues?
5/Did you initiate the recording yourself, or was it started by another participant?
