Hello,

I am using Windows Phone Link on my windows 11 PC and iPhone 16. I already have my iPhone paired to my PC and connected and also see my PC on my iPhone's Bluetooth list as well as see notifications fine. When I make an outgoing phone call on my iPhone, I then see a pop-up window on my PC indicating the call is in progress, however when I click on the "Transfer to PC" button, I hear the caller from my PC from the call, HOWEVER the other called party cannot hear me - I am also NOT on mute on my iphone or my PC and on my iphone I see that the output is directed towards my PC's name.

Solution: Go to Sound View panel and locate Microphone Subunit and Microphone Array by highlighting Yes under Mute, right click and type No.

This was frustrating as all other attempted solutions did not indicate microphone was muted, missing, or had an issue.

Posting to help others out there and this simple step may be your solution also.

To resolve the issue where the called party cannot hear you during a call made through Windows Phone Link on your Windows 11 PC and iPhone, it seems that adjusting the microphone settings can be a solution. You mentioned that you found success by checking the Sound View panel and ensuring that the microphone subunit and microphone array were not muted. This is a good step to take if you are experiencing audio issues during calls.

If you are still facing issues, consider checking the following:

    1. Ensure that the microphone permissions are granted for the applications you are using.
    2. Verify that your audio drivers are up to date on your Windows PC.
    3. Check if any other applications are using the microphone, which might cause conflicts.

Your solution could indeed help others facing similar challenges, as microphone settings can sometimes be overlooked when troubleshooting audio issues.
