Hi Team,
I completed the AZ-104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator certification on 18th July 2022. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my login credentials, including the registered email address associated with my certification account.
I do have a copy of my old certification, which includes my Candidate ID and Registration details. I kindly request your assistance in providing the registered email address so that I can access my account and download the certificate.
Please let me know if you require any additional information for verification.

I would advise contacting https://www.aka.ms/credentialssupport for help on retrieving a copy or if they can move the certification to a new account.
