My copy of M365 is telling me that my copy is a corporate version and that I need to enter company details, I have paid for a digital copy of M365 through the Microsoft store and it has worked fine until recently. It was only renewed 5 days ago. I have checked my account with Microsoft and the renewal is showing, as a result of this I cannot use Word, Excel etc...

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. In this scenario, you may try to logout and login again on any Microsoft 365 app (e.g from Word > click on File > Account > Sign out/Sign in or Update License and see how it goes.
