    Hi Vicki,

Another way of changing your subscription manually is to go to https://account.microsoft.com/services sign in using the account tied to the subscription. Find your current Microsoft 365 or subscription listing, select Manage, look for an option labeled Upgrade, Switch Plans, or Compare Plans.

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo

To change your subscription plan before paying for renewal, you can contact Microsoft support for assistance. Here’s how you can reach out:

    1. Go to the Microsoft support page.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account that has the subscription.
    3. Look for the option to "Chat with an agent" or select "Contact support".
    4. Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent who can help you with your subscription plan change.

If you need to change your plan manually, you can do so through the Microsoft 365 admin center as well. Make sure to check if your current subscription is eligible for a plan change.
