I would like to change my plan, before I pay for renewal My subscription was due for payment on the 2/14. How can I speak to someone regarding this?

Another way of changing your subscription manually is to go to https://account.microsoft.com/services sign in using the account tied to the subscription. Find your current Microsoft 365 or subscription listing, select Manage, look for an option labeled Upgrade, Switch Plans, or Compare Plans.
