Hi, I cannot access my one drive. why my account is blocked?

2. How are you accessing OneDrive (web browser, desktop app, or mobile app)?

A “blocked” OneDrive account usually means your sign‑in is temporarily restricted by security rules, a Conditional Access policy is preventing access from your device or network, or your OneDrive site/license needs to be re‑enabled on our side. 

In the meantime, as a workaround, you may try the steps below: 

1/ Sign out and sign back in at https://www.office.com. 
This refreshes your authentication session and helps clear any temporary sign‑in issues related to your account or browser. 

2/ If you’re using the OneDrive desktop app, try unlinking the PC and signing in again. 

• Go to the OneDrive icon > Settings > Account > Unlink this PC.

This forces OneDrive to re-establish a clean connection to your account without affecting your files stored in the cloud. 

3/ Clear your browser cache or try a private/incognito window. 
Cached sign‑in cookies sometimes conflict with your current credentials; using a fresh session avoids that.

4/ Restart your device. 
This refreshes all background authentication tokens and can fix issues where the system is holding onto outdated or corrupted session data.

If you cannot access your OneDrive and your account is blocked, it may be due to activities that violate the Acceptable Use Policy for Microsoft Online Services. When this happens, users receive an error message indicating that the page has been blocked.

To resolve this issue, you should contact your support team through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. If you believe your organization is not involved in any prohibited activities, you can submit a support request to restore access to your account.
