How to apply certification Voucher

I have a certification voucher code based on my Gmail, how can I apply it to my microsoft learn certfication account which is a Microsoft account?

I do not have a Voucher code, the voucher is attached to my Gmail which I used to register for an event.

To apply your certification voucher code to your Microsoft Learn certification account, follow these steps:
