Thank you to everyone who has responded to this. Through trial and error, and following the clues that it's an 'Account' thing. I have discovered that the problem lay with the required Age Verification job. I am exceedingly old, and haven't been bothering to respond to the prompts as I don't play anything XBoxy other than Daily Challenge Solitaire. However, when I came across the prompt again this afternoon, I simply gave my Credit Card details (it's expiring very soon anyway) and voila! I was back to full access once more. I am wondering whether this error code is simply a mash-up of numbers as I am sure the answer could have been found much sooner if MS and XBox and come clean straight away. Anyway, hope this helps if and when others have the same frustration.

Error code 8015DBFE on Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games.
Hi.
I can't log in with my outlook e-mail or user account for the XBOX Live feature with Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games. Error code is 8015DBFE. Nothing wrong with the e-mail or anything else related to that user account. But why can't I log in as usual Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games is beyond confusing and ridiculous at the moment. Last time I was logged in was in December 2025 or January 2026 this year.
