Please try completely reinstalling your display drivers, and then downloading the specified drivers for your computer. May I ask what GPU is your computer using?
Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog. Type “dxdiag” and press Enter. In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, go to the “Display” tab to find your graphics card information.
