Since account recovery isn't working, I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done.

Moving forward, I highly recommend checking this link to prevent any hacking incidents: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-help-keep-your-microsoft-account-secure-628538c2-7006-33bb-5ef4-c917657362b9Best regards,

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the 2FA feature has been enabled by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If your account has been hacked and the hacker has changed the email and enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), recovering your account can be quite challenging. Here are some steps you can take to try to regain access:

    1. Use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form: Go to the official Microsoft account recovery page and fill out the form with as much information as possible. This includes any previous passwords, details about your account usage, and any linked accounts.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Support directly. They may have additional tools to help verify your identity and assist with the recovery process.
    3. Check for Alternative Recovery Options: If you have set up any alternative recovery options (like a backup email or phone number), make sure to utilize those as well.
    4. Inform Your Contacts: If you regain access, inform your contacts about the breach to prevent them from falling victim to any potential phishing attempts from your compromised account.

Unfortunately, if the hacker has changed the recovery information and you cannot access the recovery options, it may be difficult to recover the account without Microsoft’s assistance. Be persistent and provide as much detail as possible when filling out the recovery form or contacting support.
