    Hi @Olivier DANIEL-THOMAS,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that at the moment, you are unable to assign Microsoft Teams licenses to three users, even though the licenses are still showing as available.

Please help me check the following information:

    • Make sure you are signed in with an account that has administrator privileges, so it has sufficient permissions to assign licenses to users (agents).
    • Additionally, please check the information under:
    • Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com
    • Step 2: Click Billing > Your productsUser's image This section will display the exact number of available licenses for the subscription you are currently using.
    • If there is any error code or error message displayed, please share a screenshot of that message with me.

Based on the information you provide, I will be able to further assist you and provide the most appropriate and effective solution.

    Thank you very much!

There could be several reasons why the three users are unable to access the purchased Teams licenses. Here are some potential causes and solutions:

    1. License Assignment: Ensure that the licenses have been correctly assigned to the users. You can manage Teams licenses through the Microsoft 365 admin center. If the licenses are not assigned, the users will not be able to access Teams.
    2. Provisioning Delay: After assigning a license, it may take up to 24 hours for the license to be provisioned. If the licenses were recently assigned, they might not be available yet.
    3. Expired Trial Licenses: If the users were previously using trial licenses, check if those licenses have expired. Trial licenses are valid for 30 days, and once expired, users will need to have a purchased license to continue using Teams.
    4. Service Activation: Ensure that the necessary services for Teams are enabled after the license assignment. Sometimes, services may not be activated automatically.

To resolve the issue, verify the license assignments and check the provisioning status for the affected users. If necessary, you can run the Teams Premium Details connectivity test to confirm that the user accounts meet the requirements to use Teams Premium features.
