Based on the information and the symptoms you’re experiencing, it appears that your account may not have been fully activated or assigned the correct Microsoft 365 license by your organization’s IT administrator. When a work or school account does not have an active or properly assigned license, Office is unable to complete activation and may keep returning to the same sign‑in screen.
Given this situation, I strongly recommend contacting your organization’s IT administrator or IT support team so they can verify that your Microsoft 365 account has a valid and active license, ensure it isn’t expired or misconfigured, confirm your account is properly provisioned in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and check for any organizational policies or sign‑in restrictions that may be preventing activation.
Only your IT team has access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center where they can review and correct any license assignment issues tied to your organization’s subscription.
