I connected WABA to ACS , is working , i can send message using the ACS with Javascript to my number. So basically WABA is OK , ACS is OK.
When i connect it to copilot studio ( i did like 15 times , recreated Agent , Recreated ACS , i try to unbind and bind it again a lot of times) i always get the same error.
"**Something unexpected happened. We're looking into it."
Cant find how to fix it , anyone can help me ?

In the Channels or Connections section, add or configure your Azure Communication Services (ACS) WhatsApp channel.
Enter the correct ACS resource and WhatsApp number or channel details.
Update the Webhook Endpoint URL in the Event Section for the ACS Resource
Open the Azure Portal and select your ACS resource.
Navigate to Events or Event Grid, then find your Event Subscription for WhatsApp messages.
Edit the Webhook endpoint URL so that it points to your Copilot Studio bot’s endpoint (for example: https://whatsapp.botframework.com/api/v1/bots/<bot-id>).).
This will ensure WhatsApp messages are sent to your Copilot Studio agent.
Apply the ACS WhatsApp Number Channel ID as a Filter
Within the Event Subscription settings, add filters to only trigger events for your specific WhatsApp number or channel.
Look for Filters or Advanced Filters and set it to match your WhatsApp channel ID.
Enable Entra Authentication (Azure AD App Registration)
Register an Azure AD (Entra) App in the Azure Portal.
