Connection Error when Applying for Microsoft Applied Skills: Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio

Hi Team,

Few minutes ago, I tried attempting the "Microsoft Applied Skills: Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio" from the link provided( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/applied-skills/create-agents-in-microsoft-copilot-studio/ ).

I was not able to open and maximize the virtual environment window; it also kept showing connection error. I was using Edge browser in Incognito mode. After trying to refresh the browser for two times, it didn't allow me to appear for the assessment for 72 hours.

As this is error from platform side and nothing I could do and no fault of mine, May I request to allow me to take up the exam again. I would like to take the exam as soon possible and hence this request please.
