- Are you using a personal or family Microsoft account?
- Do you see the charge in your Microsoft billing history?
- Where did you buy the extra storage? Microsoft website, app, Google Play, Apple, or somewhere else?
In the meantime, if you haven’t already:
First, please sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Look for your Microsoft 365 or OneDrive subscription.
- Check if extra storage is listed there.
Next, open OneDrive and check your storage: https://onedrive.live.com
- Click Settings > Storage and see the total space shown.
