I purchases an ACER computer which came with a free 3 month subscription for MS office but it kept saying that the subscription has ended. I also purchased a MS 365 Personal subscription which I entered along with my credit card info and somehow that isn’t working. When I tried to re-enter the infor I ended up purchasing another subscription. I want the subscription I purchased from MS refunded and need help finding the other subscription.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

First, please check your Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services > Sign in and see how many active subscriptions are listed. > Next, confirm which email address you used when buying Microsoft 365. > Sometimes purchases are linked to a different account.

About the free 3-month Acer offer:

Did you activate it before it expired? Do you still see it in your Microsoft account?

    For the double charge:

Check your bank or card statement. Do you see two separate Microsoft charges?

    Regards,

    John J.D.

To address your issue with the Microsoft 365 subscription and the refund, here are the steps you can take:

    1. Refund Request: Since you mentioned that you ended up purchasing an additional subscription by mistake, you can request a refund for that subscription. It's best to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance with this. You can find the support options at the following link: Contact Microsoft 365 Support.
    2. Finding Your Subscriptions: To locate your other subscription, you can check your Microsoft account. Sign in to your account and navigate to the subscriptions section to view all active subscriptions associated with your account. This will help you identify the subscription that came with your ACER computer.

If you need further assistance, you can also refer to the support articles available on the Microsoft website for detailed instructions on managing subscriptions and requesting refunds.
