Locked Microsoft account

I made a microsoft account for a discord account a long time ago, because I wanted to use this email on a different discord account, but years later I've forgotten the password to the email account I created for this discord and now it is locked from too many incorrect passwords. I have tried sending recovery for this email but everytime it is autorejected by ai despite me putting one of the passwords I am sure it is at least very similar to. Is there anything I can do to recover this account? I can't find a way to get live chat with Microsoft.
