    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

If you are being charged for a subscription that you believe you canceled, it could be due to a few reasons:

    1. Cancellation Timing: If you canceled your subscription after the billing period had started, you may still be charged for that period. For some subscription types, you can only receive a prorated credit or refund if you cancel within a specific time frame after the start or renewal of your subscription.
    2. Recurring Billing: If you turned off recurring billing instead of canceling the subscription, the subscription may still be active until the end of the billing cycle.
    3. Billing Account Type: The type of billing account you have (MCA or MOSA) can affect how cancellations and refunds are processed. If you have an MCA account, you can only cancel and receive a prorated credit or refund if you cancel within seven days after the start or renewal of your subscription.

To resolve this issue, you should:

    • Check your subscription status in the Microsoft Account Services to confirm if it is indeed canceled.
    • If it shows as active, you may need to cancel it again or contact support for assistance.
    • Review the billing details to understand the charges and ensure that you are not still within a billing cycle for a canceled subscription.

For more detailed steps on how to manage your subscription and billing, you can refer to the Microsoft documentation on subscription management.
