To activate your Microsoft 365 subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Check Subscription Status: Ensure that your subscription is active. You can do this by visiting your Microsoft account at https://account.live.com and checking the subscription status.
    2. Sign In: Make sure you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account that has the subscription. Open a Microsoft 365 app (like Word or Excel), go to File > Account, and verify the account details.
    3. Update License: In the same Account section, look for an option to update your license. Click on it and sign in again if prompted.
    4. Reset Activation State: If you still have issues, consider resetting the activation state for Microsoft 365. You can find guidance on how to do this in the Microsoft documentation.
    5. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 apps are up to date. Open an app, go to File > Account, and select Update options > Update now.
    6. Sign Out and Sign Back In: Sometimes, signing out and then signing back in can resolve activation issues.

If you continue to experience problems, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
